Overview
The continuous CO analyzing system is suitable for the process control of coal-fired boilers. Adopting the direct-extract method, it can continuously monitor the CO (O2) content in the mill, furnace, and flue. The measured data is an important base for boiler operation adjustment and control. Also, analyzing the data and adjusting the air/fuel ratio can prevent the mill from explosions and improve the combustion efficiency. This can give an early-warning on the high-temp corrosion and coking.
